Further measures to improve barrier-free access to our website
We are constantly striving to improve the accessibility of our website.
We are currently doing the following:
To improve digital accessibility, we work with the Eye-Able® assistance tool, which is integrated on our website. The Eye-Able® Assistant offers users various functions for individual adaptation, such as contrast adjustments, font enlargement or read-aloud function. In addition, we are currently in the process of further optimizing the structure of our website - in particular by making adjustments to the HTML structure and by gradually expanding and improving alternative texts for images and graphic elements. These technical measures are currently being implemented. The barrier-free design of the central functions of our platform - in particular the support processes and project creation - is planned for summer 2025 and will be implemented as part of ongoing development. We are also paying increasing attention to barrier-free communication in personal project coaching. Our team is always available as a point of contact to provide support with questions about digital accessibility or to offer individual solutions.

Other information on accessibility
In addition to technical measures, we attach particular importance to personal contact. We offer individual advice and support to make it as easy as possible for all users to access our content and functions - even beyond the digital interface. Our team is always available to answer questions or overcome barriers in person and is happy to provide direct support, e.g. by phone or email. This individual support is an integral part of our project support and a central component of our barrier-free approach.
