How FAIRPLAID puts international partnerships into practice

Recently, our team traveled to Colombia and Mexico to explore new opportunities for crowdfunding initiatives in the South American market. In both countries, we were able to establish numerous contacts and identify promising opportunities for social projects that could benefit from the crowdfunding method. Interest in our model is growing and we see great potential in the region. A particular focus is on building a bridge between Europe and Latin America and thus facilitating access to funding opportunities for many sustainable and social projects that have so far remained unsupported. We see potential sponsors primarily in companies that are internationally active and interested in expanding their social initiatives globally.
Another significant success is the Canchasolidaria.com platform, which was launched by Endesa, the leading sponsor of basketball in Spain. This platform represents a unique opportunity to finance social projects in the field of basketball and supports initiatives that have a positive impact on the community. We are particularly proud that two projects on Canchasolidaria.com have already raised more than 18,000 euros. These successes underline how effectively crowdfunding can be used as a financing tool for sports projects - especially when companies like Endesa bring their resources and far-reaching reach to the table.
In May, we also attended the World Padel Summit in Barcelona, where we observed the latest trends in padel sports. We are very excited to support the expansion of padel sports in Germany and to promote the renovation of outdated padel courts in Spain. The summit gave us valuable insights into the developments of the market and strengthened our motivation to actively support this growing sector.
