FAIRPLAID and spized strengthen associations

Clubs often face the challenge of financing their sports projects and the necessary equipment. A new, strong alliance offers an innovative solution for this: FAIRPLAID, the crowdfunding platform, and team sports specialist spized have joined forces to open up new financing channels for sports clubs in Germany.

Together for popular sport

The cooperation is based on a shared vision: to sustainably promote German grassroots sport. FAIRPLAID provides the platform for project financing, while spized supplies high-quality, customizable team clothing. This symbiosis not only provides clubs with financial support, but also brings structural benefits.

Crowdfunding made easy: financing jerseys

At the heart of the partnership is the opportunity for clubs to finance kits and other sports equipment via crowdfunding. spized provides support with start-up financing of 11% on crowdfunding projects (from a financing target of €2,000). For example, if a club needs €5,000 for new kits, spized will contribute the first €550.

FAIRPLAID supports the associations with experienced project coaches who help with campaign planning and give tips on attracting new members and sponsors. This strengthens the association organization in the long term.
